If you complete the consultation form, we receive what you type into it and any file you attach. That is held by Netlify, who host this site, and reaches us by email. It is used to answer you and to price the work. It is not sold, and it is not shared with anyone outside the practice.
This site loads the Meta pixel, which tells us that a page was viewed and that a consultation was started. It does not tell us who you are. If you would rather it did not load, most browsers and ad blockers will stop it, and the site works normally without it.
We do not use advertising cookies of our own, and there is no account to create.
Briefs, guidance, drafts, resumes and business documents are held only for as long as the engagement needs them, and are used only for that engagement.
We do not publish client documents. We do not name a client who has not offered their name. Where a piece of work is described publicly, it is described without anything that identifies the client, the institution or the organisation.
If you want what we hold about you deleted, write to hello@thewritinghub.co and we will confirm when it is done.
